Photo Tribute Presentations
The slideshow often lands on whoever in the family is good with computers, the night before the service, with the song cutting out mid-chorus and the photos in the order they came off the phone. Nobody should have to unwillingly do that job during such a difficult week.

Booklet and tribute, designed together
Book both and they're designed as one piece of work. The same photographs, the same colours, the same cover image opening the slideshow, so the booklet in people's hands and the images on the screen belong to the same farewell.

What do I need to send?
All you need to do is send what you have on hand to start with
Their full name, and dates of birth and death
The service date, time, and funeral home
The running sheet from your celebrant or minister, if you have it
Readings, poems and song titles
Photos for the booklet, and up to 90 photos or clips for a tribute
The song or songs for the tribute
Missing pieces are normal, and quite often images are found over the course of a few days while people search through their phones and albums. The running sheet often arrives last, and I can start on the design while you wait for it.
Memory Books & Keepsakes
A keepsake book for tributes, letters, stories and photographs — something your family can return to for years. Usually created after the service, when there's space to slow down and reflect.

I'll create your first proof, usually within 24 hours once I have everything I need. You'll see the content first, then we'll refine the design together.

Once you're happy, I'll arrange printing and delivery straight to your funeral home.
You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. That's my job.

How quickly can you turn this around?
First proofs are usually ready within 24 hours once I have your details and photos. If your service is very soon, let me know and I'll do everything I can to help.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Get in touch and I'll help you choose what fits based on your service and what feels right.
How many pages should we choose?
A 4-page booklet works beautifully for simpler services. If you'd like more space for stories, tributes, and photos, an 8–12 page booklet gives you room to create something more like a keepsake.
How many booklets do we need?
Most families order based on expected attendance. All packages include 50 booklets, and I can help you estimate if you need more.
When do we pay?
Once I've received your details and we've confirmed what you need, I'll send through payment details. Payment happens before printing begins.
Can you work directly with my funeral director or celebrant?
Yes — happily. Once you've made the introduction, I can liaise with them directly on the order of service, timings and delivery, so there's one less thing on your plate.
What if the service is only a few days away?
Do you print booklets someone else has designed?
Reach out anyway. First proofs are usually ready within 24 hours, and I've turned booklets around for services later the same week. Tell me your date and I'll be honest about what's possible.
No. I only print what I've designed, because the design is the part I'm here for. If you already have a finished file, a local printer will be quicker and cheaper for you.
Do you work outside Bathurst?
Yes. The booklets get designed here and are printed by your local printer and delivered to your funeral home anywhere in Australia, and the tribute file is sent in whatever format they need. Everything else happens by phone and email.
